Return & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the custom nature of our business (we cut all of our pre-cuts to your order and not until we have your order), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.  We will stand behind our products in the singular case of "broken in shipment"; we commit to replacing any piece that doesn't make it to you in the condition in which it was packed.   Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

• Returns: Not accepted
   
• Exchanges: Not accepted, except in the case of a "broken in shipment" situation; we will replace that when you provide the necessary evidence of the breakage.
   
• Refunds: Not provided
   
• Order Cancellations: Not permitted after purchase
